The JustTellMeWhy is the site for you. It is a relatively new site, with a few users yet, but I think that this site has a lot of potential. I have browsed through the debates and the answers are pretty interesting. The topics are, too.
Their slogan is: "Dichotomies resolved by the majority." Very interesting, very erudite.
